FUNCTION OF PLANNING DEPARTMENT:

Planning department co-ordinates and expedites the following activities:

•    Co-ordination with Client and Workshop or Project Site

•    Engineering & Design

•    Material take off, requisitions and procurement

•    Status of material receiving & inspection

•    Fabrication progress reporting

•    Preparation and implementation of Progress Recovery Plans

•    Timely inspection and tests

•    Completion and handing over of jobs or projects
