ABS Engineering Corporation (Pvt.) Limited (ABS) was established in the year 1983.

ABS is a general Engineering, Fabrication and Erection Company, dealing in manufacturing of plants, machinery and equipment for Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Petrochemicals, Power plants, Ethanol, Cement, Sugar, Food & Confectionery and other processes, manufacturing and Allied industries.

ABS in association with world renowned Technology providers and Engineering companies provides complete Turnkey plants on “Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)” basis.

Beside turnkey projects, in-house manufacturing facilities supported by trained and experienced personnel and voluminous technical know-how enables ABS to design, fabricate, erect and commission a wide range of coded equipment for

Oil & Gas, Fertilizer and Petrochemical industries, such as; Pressure vessels, Shell & Tube Type Heat exchangers, Air Cooler Heat Exchangers, Tube Bundles, Distillation / Rectification / Dehydration Columns, Knock-out Drums, Steam Drums, Condensers, Re-boilers, Reactors, Oil Storage Tanks, etc.

For other chemical process and manufacturing industries the manufacturing range covers the equipment manufacturing such as; Evaporators, Vacuum Pans, Heat Exchangers, Mixtures, Filters, Separators, Crushers, Shredders, Mixers, Sludge Pumps, Conveyors, Elevators, Air Separators, Pre-Heaters, Condensers, Clarifiers, Centrifugal Separator Machines, Storage Tanks, Plant Piping, Steel Structures/Staging, Ducting, Casings, etc.

ABS operates through two well equipped workshops situated within a 100 M distance with each other and has a combined area of 7,100M2.

On the basis of nature of work ABS has four divisions:

1. Coded Equipment Division
2. Process Equipment Division
3. Rotary Machines Division
4. Steel Structure Division
5. Field Services (Site Fabrication, Erection and Construction) Division

The combined facilities of both manufacturing units have capability to achieve production up-to 10,000 Tons/year (depending on the nature of work), by deploying approximately 1,400,000 to 1,500,000 hours/300 days (based on double shift working). Similarly approximately 20,000 Tons / year or more (depending on the nature of work), fabrication and erection could be done at site, by deploying approximately 2,200,000 to 2,600,000 hours/300 days (based on double shift working).

The quality targets for ABS are to achieve the ASME U-Stamp and ISO 9002
Certification. ABS is on the way to achieve these quality certificates in near future.

Through a gradual development, endorsed by client’s satisfaction, ABS is now capable to undertake not only the partial projects but process Designing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Installation and Commissioning of a complete plant on Turn-key basis.
